The Challenge: A Brand New Listing, and No Website
When Tom Peluso came to us in April, he had no Google Business Profile at all, and no website either. Just a Facebook page and a reputation built entirely on word of mouth. In a region where homeowners search “painter near me” and call whoever appears first, that meant he was invisible to everyone who had not already heard of him.
Most trades assume you need a website before you can compete on Google. You do not. What you need is a properly built profile and the discipline to keep feeding it.

The Solution: Built From Nothing, Then Maintained
We built the profile from scratch: the correct primary category, a service area mapped to the towns Tom actually works in, and real project photography instead of stock images: the cedar restorations in Falmouth, the attic conversion in Standish.
Then we did the unglamorous part properly. Consistent posting. Every review answered. The profile kept current rather than set and forgotten.
The Result: Four Months In
- #1 ranking at 20 of 49 grid points
- Top three across 57% of the map (28 of 49 points)
- Visible at 47 of 49 points
- 5.0 star rating, from zero reviews in April
The solid block of number-one rankings covers Sebago, North and East Sebago, Baldwin, East Baldwin and Steep Falls, thinning only toward Denmark and Hiram at the northern edge.
“Adi is an expert at local marketing. He’s completely handled my Google Profile, from optimizing my project photos to managing reviews. I’ve seen a massive jump in local searches and calls since he took over. He’s professional, local to Standish, and knows exactly how to get a trade business noticed.”
